If you're not familiar with all the different options you have, here are some general Internet Service highlights and a few things to consider. If you decide to get an internet account or if you already have one, some time or another, you might get interested in one of the many chat rooms. On the internet, these rooms are called IRC. There is a different vocabulary to be learned for the cyber world...just for fun...you might like to learn a few of the many different symbols and acronyms you might find floating around in the Cyber-space Language bin. |
Once you get on the internet, you'll find you spend a great deal of time searching and surfing around to find topics or subjects. You can use one of the many search engines to help you surf for those subjects you're most interested in.
